Megan nominated for eviction for the second time

HOH Ethel Booba had first dibs on picking her nominee for tonight. The Ultimate Pasaway chose Megan, basing her vote on the events of previous week. She also noted that she'd rather have Jen back than the Princess of Charm. But even without Ethel's automatic nomination, Megan gathered the third highest point for tonight. The others felt that she's no acting genuinely and is still clueless on what her goal is inside Kuya's house. Can Megan stand another week inside the house? When will she be good enough for the other housemates?

Where is Sugar???

The Princess of Charm became alarmed when she couldn't find Sugar inside the girls bedroom where she left it. Worse, she claimed that it smells like poo which worried her more for her Persian cat may have been the culprit! After checking every nook and cranny and she still didn't find anything, Yayo advised her to ask the housemates if they've seen it come after her on the sala earlier. Before she stressed herself out though, Big Brother finally intervened by telling Megan to check the cabinets again. True enough, Sugar was hiding on Gab's stuff of all places!

Megan quickly admonished her pet since the owner of her hideout is asthmatic, all the while transferring Sugar to her own dresser. Not long after that, she asked Kuya's residents to bid her cat goodbye. Because even though she's really happy to have it with her, she knew that it would only be a nuisance to them particularly those who are allergic to furs. With that, Victor told Sugar that her adorable presence made them happy even for a short while (as if he's really talking to a person). What's more, he asked it to say hello to Megan's sister for him!

26K girls evicted; Megan Young remains inside Big Brother's house

Natanggal kagabi, October 27, ang dalawang 26K girls na sina Jen Da Silva at Marylaine Viernes sa Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2. Nailigtas naman ng viewing public si Megan Young na nominated last week.

Umani si Megan ng 87.89 porsiyento ng mga boto samatalang ang 2-in-1 housemates na mga 26K girls ay nakakuha lamang ng 12.11 percent. Sina Jen at Marylaine ang unang natanggal sa PBBCE 2 makalipas ang dalawang linggo sa loob ng Bahay ni Kuya. Dahil 2-in-1 housemates sina Jen at Marylaine, ibig sabihin kung manominate ang isa sa kanila, automatically nominated rin ang kanyang kapareha. Bukod sa Brainy Babe Marylaine at Despised Babe Jen, ang isa pang pares ng 2-in-1 housemates ay sina Baron Geisler at ang kanyang nakatatandang kapatid na si Donnie.

Inakala naman ni Megan na kaya siya na-nominate ay dahil naaartehan sa kanya ang mga iba pang celebrity housemates dahil hindi siya kumakain ng isaw. Pero ang totoong dahilan ay dahil kulang raw siya sa energy.

Nang lumabas sa Bahay ni Kuya ang dalawang evictees, iniwan nila ang kanilang footprints sa unang Celebrity Walk of Fame.

HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD. Isa pang bagong feature ng Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 ay ang pagkakaroon ng Head of Household (HOH). Ang HOH ay may mga special privileges tulad ng special shower room, at siya rin ay may immunity sa susunod na nomination night. Ang HOH ay may kapangyarihan rin na mag-nominate automatically sa isang housemate for eviction.

Upang pagpasyahan ang unang Head of Household, pinaglaro ni Big Brother ang mga celebrity housemates ng " Touch the Color" ngunit kailangan nilang magsuot ng higanteng mga kamay upang abutin ang mga kulay. Megan Young, Marylaine Viernes & Jen Da silva are the nominees for eviction last saturday night in Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity 2 on the nomination night.

Megan got 7 pts. while Jen & Marylaine got a combined total of 15 points since Jen & Marylaine played as "Twin" so its a battle between Megan and 26K girls.

Megan was nominated by her housemates because of her attitudes called "Maarte" she always refused in things that she do not want. While the 26K girls Marylaine got the highest vote compare with Jen because many of marylaine's housemates observed that lahat ng gamit ng mga girls housemates ay ginagamit nya ng walang paalam.

StarStruck graduate Megan Young now officially with Kapamilya network

One of the most promising and arguably the most beautiful in the second batch of GMA-7's StarStruck, si Megan Young ang isa sa nakatanggap ng cruelest cut of their batch nang nalaglag siya sa Final Four na kinabilangan ng ultimate winning pairs na sina Mike Tan and Ryza Cenon and their consorts LJ Reyes and CJ Muere.

Promising naman ang naging pasok ni Megan sa showbiz nang binigyan siya ng malaking papel sa Say That You Love Me, ang Regal Films/GMA Films launching nina Jennylyn Mercado and Mark Herras. Siya ang ka-love triangle nina Jennylyn and Mark.

Pero sa TV, never nagkaroon ng regular show si Megan sa Kapuso Network. Either pa-guest-guest lang or semi-regular, her last being sa Asian Treasures.

February of this year, nag-lapse ang contract ni Megan sa Artist Center ng GMA-7. She decided to transfer to Star Magic of ABS-CBN.

"They [Artist Center] have the first option to renew but we chose not to sign again. Mutual naman ang naging decision," sabi ni Megan sa press con na ibinigay sa kanila ng mga bagong mukha sa Star Magic—which also include Gian Sotto, Alfonso Martinez, Michael Manotoc, and Michael Manahan.

"Let me make it clear, everything happened [in ABS-CBN] after my release," diin niya.

Nang ma-release si Megan ng GMA-7, saka pa lang daw siya nag-audition sa Star Magic. Nandoon na rin kasi ang kanyang younger sister, si Lauren Young, na part ng Star Magic Batch 13.

"Now, actually, it's easier for our parents dahil one TV network na lang kami," sabi pa ni Megan.

Nakahanda si Megan sa tinanong ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) kung bakit sa tingin niya hindi siya nabigyan ng break sa GMA-7.

"I knew you would ask me that," sabi niya. "I really can't answer that. Sila naman ang pumipili kung sino ang gusto nilang ilagay sa isang show. I'm just a contract star."

Ipapasok si Megan sa show ng kanyang sister na si Lauren, ang Star Magic Presents: Abt Ur Luv (Ur Lyf 2).

"Papasok ako as love triangle nina Victor [Basa] and Carla [Humphries]," sabi ni Megan tungkol sa kanyang role.

Ito lang daw muna ang show niya sa ABS-CBN but at least it's a regular show. Asked what Kampamilya show she wants to join in, Wowowee ang isinagot ni Megan.

"Sana may chance ako para makapag-audition," sabi niya. "Gusto ko kasing maging host. I never had that chance kasi. Saka sobrang enjoy kami ng family namin kapag pinapanood namin ang Wowowee. Tawa kami nang tawa."

Ang dating pangarap ni Megan na lumaban sa Binibining Pilipinas, hold na muna. Dati raw gusto niya ito, pero saka na niya ito iisipin ulit kapag of age na siya. Seventeen pa lang ngayon si Megan.
